PRINT AREA AND FILE PREPARATION

A full-canopy design must be divided across curved, stitched panels. Important text, QR codes and fine borders should be kept away from seams, panel tips and the top notch. Artwork approval should include both a flat panel layout and a photographed physical sample.

Preferred buyer files are editable vector artwork or high-resolution raster files with color references. Pantone matching is a production target; the final appearance may vary with pongee color, coating and print method. A printed strike-off is recommended before sewing the first full sample.

STRUCTURE TO VERIFY ON THE SAMPLE

The sixteen-rib format gives the canopy a different look from a conventional eight-rib promotion umbrella, but rib count alone is not a wind rating.
