VESTA Creates Souvenir Umbrellas for Two Chinese Universities

VESTA has made custom university umbrellas as souvenirs for the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) and Northwestern Polytechnical University (NPU). The projects include a navy straight umbrella and folding styles with branded carry sleeves.

USTC straight umbrella

The USTC umbrella has a plain navy canopy, with the university emblem and its Chinese and English names printed in white on one panel. The school name also appears on the curved handle.

The canopy branding is kept to one area, leaving the rest of the blue surface plain. Our photos show the finished umbrella from the outside and underneath, along with close views of the handle and canopy top.

NPU folding umbrellas

For NPU, the blue folding design carries white line illustrations across the canopy alongside the university emblem and name. Its blue sleeve is also branded, so the school identity remains visible when the umbrella is packed away.

The black example has a printed sleeve and lettering on the fastening strap. These smaller details give the folded product its own identity, as well as the artwork seen when the canopy is open.
