VESTA 12K Fully Automatic Folding Umbrella

Designed for wholesale, promotional and private-label markets, the VESTA automatic folding umbrella offers a practical balance between strong coverage and compact storage.

The reinforced 12K frame provides more supporting points than a conventional 8-rib umbrella, helping distribute wind pressure across the canopy. Its modern three-fold structure and automatic control make it suitable for daily commuting, corporate gifts, advertising campaigns and retail programs.

Reinforced 12K Rib Structure

The umbrella is constructed with 12 reinforced rib groups to improve canopy support and wind resistance. Fiberglass components provide flexibility under wind pressure and help the frame recover its shape after moderate inversion.

Depending on the exact construction, the product may be marketed as a “48-rib umbrella” when each of the 12 supporting groups contains four reinforced sections. This description should be confirmed against the physical sample before publication.

Fully Automatic Operation

A conveniently positioned handle button controls both opening and closing. Users can deploy the umbrella quickly when entering or leaving a vehicle, building or public transport station.

The automatic closing function collapses the canopy without requiring users to fold the ribs manually, helping reduce:

• Contact with wet canopy fabric
• Difficult manual canopy folding
• Sudden rib rebound during closing
• Risk of fingers touching exposed frame components
• Time required to close the umbrella

After pressing the close button, the shaft still needs to be pushed back manually until it locks into position.

Generous 104 cm Coverage

The umbrella opens to an approximately 104 cm diameter, with a canopy arc measurement of approximately 117 cm. This provides comfortable rain coverage while maintaining a portable three-fold design.

The approximate open height is 66 cm, creating sufficient clearance between the handle and canopy for convenient daily use.

Compact Three-Fold Design

When closed, the umbrella measures approximately 34 cm long and 6 cm wide. It can be stored in a backpack, briefcase, vehicle compartment or travel bag.

Its compact construction makes it suitable for commuters and travelers who need broader coverage than a standard mini umbrella but do not want to carry a full-length stick umbrella.

Pongee Canopy Fabric

The canopy is made from pongee fabric, a commonly used umbrella material known for its smooth surface, durability and quick-drying properties.

Optional canopy treatments may include:

A specific UPF rating should only be advertised when supported by a corresponding fabric test report.
