Long assembly instructions can discourage occasional users. This model places the frame and canopy in one folding system so there are fewer loose pole sections to identify at the park. Once the support structure is extended and locked correctly, the tent creates approximately 4 m² of floor space for sitting, resting or keeping bags away from direct sun.
Its 145 cm outer height gives the shelter a compact profile. It should therefore be marketed as a seated leisure tent or day-use refuge rather than as a full-height gazebo. Actual user capacity depends on whether the floor is used by adults, children, chairs, coolers or other equipment.
PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS
The folding support system is intended to reduce the number of assembly steps compared with a tent that uses a completely separate pole set. The reference specification describes the automatic support as a three-section structure; frame material, tube dimensions, hub design and locking sequence must be confirmed on the production sample.
For safe operation, the frame should be opened on a clear, level area. Each joint and lock must be fully engaged before the tent is pegged down. Users should never force a partially aligned hub, as this may bend the frame or trap fingers.
SILVER-COATED CANOPY AND VENTILATION
Silver coating is commonly selected for daytime shelters because it can reduce light transmission through the fabric. However, the coating alone does not establish a specific UPF value or UV-blocking percentage. Any numerical sun-protection claim must be supported by a test report for the fabric used in the confirmed order.
Black B3 mesh introduces airflow while helping limit the entry of larger insects when the openings are closed. Buyers can review the number and placement of mesh panels, fabric doors and zipper openings during sampling to balance ventilation, privacy and cost.
COATED FLOOR FOR GRASS AND PARK SURFACES
The 150D floor separates users and personal items from damp grass, dust and light ground moisture during normal leisure use. The source specification lists a PU 1,000 mm coating, but the finished floor’s performance also depends on seams, stitching and wear at contact points.
This tent should not be promoted as suitable for standing water or flooding. Sharp stones, branches and abrasive ground can puncture the floor, so the installation area should be inspected before setup.
RETAIL-FRIENDLY PACKED FORMAT
Each reference set is packed in its own carry bag and outer carton measuring approximately 14 × 14 × 76 cm. The listed carton gross weight is approximately 3.1 kg. This single-unit carton format can simplify warehouse handling and direct-to-consumer fulfilment, subject to a final packaging drop test and courier size limits in the destination market.
Before mass production, buyers may add a setup diagram, safety label, barcode, replacement-parts information or multilingual care card to reduce avoidable customer-service questions.
OEM DEVELOPMENT OPTIONS
The base structure can be adapted for outdoor brands, general retailers and promotional programs. Instead of repeating an existing retail design, a new specification can be developed through combinations such as:
Logo method, color tolerance and artwork scale should be approved on a pre-production sample. Customers are responsible for supplying original or licensed graphics.

To build a comparable offer, please send VESTA the order quantity, destination country, required fabric specification, preferred colors, logo artwork, frame requirement and target retail packaging. Please also state whether your market requires a particular UV, water-resistance, chemical-safety or finished-product test.
For capacity planning, it is helpful to describe the intended users and layout rather than requesting a generic “family size.” We can then confirm whether the 200 × 200 cm footprint is suitable or recommend a larger structure.
