EXTEND THE REAR HATCH INTO A CAMPING LIVING AREA

This vehicle-connected tent is designed for buyers who want to offer more than a conventional freestanding shelter. Once positioned at the rear of a compatible vehicle, it creates a covered transition between the cargo area and the tent interior. Campers can organize luggage inside the vehicle while using the additional floor area for chairs, tables, sleeping equipment or other campsite essentials.

The square 230 × 230 cm layout is easy to understand in retail listings and showroom demonstrations. A maximum height of approximately 220 cm provides generous headroom and supports a wide range of interior arrangements.

VEHICLE-TO-TENT CONNECTION

The rear connection area allows the tent and vehicle to function as one campsite setup. For OEM development, the connection panel can be adjusted around the buyer’s target vehicle category, rear-hatch width, opening height and bumper profile. This helps distributors create a clear vehicle-fitment guide for their sales channels.

Buyers may select fastening details such as adjustable webbing, elastic sections, protective contact panels and connection-skirt coverage during sampling. A fitment sample can then be checked on the intended SUV, crossover, MPV or van before production packaging and instructions are finalized.

AUTOMATIC ALUMINIUM FRAME

The integrated quick-opening frame reduces the number of separate poles handled during installation. Aluminium tubes balance structural support with transport weight, making the format suitable for vehicle-based camping and road trips.

The reference tent packs into a 120 cm-long carry bag. Setup diagrams, numbered connection points and illustrated folding instructions can be added to the retail package so customers can understand the process before their first trip.

POLYESTER BODY, MESH VENTILATION AND OXFORD FLOOR

The reference tent body uses 190T polyester taffeta with a PU 2,000 mm material specification. B3 high-density mesh supports ventilation while keeping the interior visually connected to the campsite. The 210D Oxford floor provides a defined area for camping furniture, bags and sleeping equipment.

For different price levels, buyers can specify the polyester denier, coating target, mesh density, floor weight, color combination and seam construction. Material selections can be aligned with the required retail positioning and destination-market testing program.

PACKING AND LOGISTICS

Each reference set is packed in one carry bag and one export carton measuring approximately 120 × 20 × 20 cm. Reference weights are approximately 6.5 kg net and 7.5 kg gross per set. This single-unit carton format supports straightforward warehouse receiving, SKU management and e-commerce fulfilment.

Carton printing, barcode placement, multilingual instructions and packing inserts can be prepared around the buyer’s distribution requirements. Final carton construction can also be reviewed for the selected transport method and retail channel.
