The VESTA four-person inflatable tunnel tent combines an air-tube frame with a practical three-zone family layout. Two sleeping compartments sit behind a central living area, while the projecting front awning adds covered space for shoes, camp furniture and entry during changeable conditions.

The reference footprint is approximately 520 × 260 × 200 cm and packs to about 79 × 40 × 40 cm. Buyers can specify the finished size, coated fabric, internal layout, color scheme, branding, accessories and retail packaging for wholesale or private-label programs.

Family Layout with a Deep Front Awning

The elongated tunnel profile uses several parallel inflatable beams to create usable standing height through the living zone. A deep front canopy extends beyond the main body, and large front and side openings support access, daylight and ventilation.

The internal arrangement can be adapted for two sleeping compartments plus a shared living area, or simplified for equipment storage and rental use. Final room dimensions, doors, windows and divider panels should be confirmed on the approved technical drawing.

INFLATABLE SUPPORT SYSTEM

The air-tube frame reduces the number of conventional poles and can simplify repeated setup for family camping, rental fleets and demonstration programs. Tube diameter, valve position, pressure limit, repair access and pump type are configurable engineering items.

The quoted air pressure must match the selected tube and valve system. Never exceed the pressure printed in the final setup instructions, and release pressure gradually before packing.

REFERENCE COATED FABRICS

The benchmark model uses a coated polyester flysheet with a reference 4,000 mm hydrostatic-head value, breathable polyester inner fabric and a sewn-in double-coated polyethylene groundsheet. These are reference construction targets only.
