5,000 Umbrellas Packed for Japan in 10 Days

VESTA has completed packing 5,000 umbrellas in 10 days, with the order now ready for shipment to Japan. This article follows the products from an open-canopy view to individually protected umbrellas and wrapped goods waiting for the next stage of transport.

The order brings together two priorities in our daily work: keeping an order moving and paying attention to the finished product. The photographs show the printed designs, handle details and packing behind this update.

Two different looks for the printed canopy

One design combines deep blue and cream with sweeping gold-toned motifs. The other uses a lighter background, intersecting dark lines and a repeating decorative pattern. Opened side by side in the photo sequence, they show how much the artwork changes the character of an umbrella.

Customisation continues beyond the artwork

VESTA supports customisation of umbrella patterns, handles and colours. A buyer may start with artwork, then choose a handle and colour combination that suits the same collection. Those decisions give the product a consistent look when it is open, folded or displayed for sale.

The handle close-up shows a compact, warm-toned grip with a wrist loop, set against the black canopy underside. It is a small detail compared with the full print, but it is also the part a customer holds every time the umbrella is used.

Packed individually and prepared for dispatch

The packing photographs show folded umbrellas in individual protective sleeves, with the handles and wrist loops visible. Another image shows wrapped packages stacked on a pallet and secured with straps, ready for the next part of the dispatch process.
